New Hampshire American College of Surgeons The New Hampshire Chapter of the American College of Surgeons is comprised of over 300 Fellows, Candidates and Associates of the American College of Surgeons from eleven different surgical specialities. The Chapter was founded in 1952, and celebrated its 50th year with the display of a copy of the Charter, brought by Dr Paul Collicott , Ambassador from the Board of Regents of The American College of Surgeons. The Governor's Council for the New Hampshire Chapter is comprised of The Governor, President, Vice President, Secretary /Treasurer, Chair of the Commission on Trauma and the Commission on Cancer.Both of these head up committees that work at the State Level.
